Micol Bok is the founder and creator of the EMBE Method™, a wellness and embodiment methodology born from a lifetime of self-inquiry, search, and a deep desire to bring people back to presence.
EMBE was born long before it had a name. It began with a little girl moving across continents—half Italian, half German, Micol started searching for a sense of home not in places, but within herself.
Dance became that home. From early ballet training to rediscovering herself years later on a salsa floor in Mexico, movement taught her freedom, acceptance, and connection without judgment.
Professionally, Micol's path spans international hospitality, branding, and marketing, with leadership roles across the U.S. and Latin America. She is also a board-certified wellness and nutrition coach, certified nutritionist, and dance teacher.
Today, the EMBE Method™ is Micol's testament—a fusion of embodiment, wellness, emotional intelligence, and her signature Dance Application Techniques (D.A.T.).

Our why is to enable and guide back to presence: the gift of being fully here, real, and unshakably aware. Presence is what allows us, at the end of our lives, to exhale our last breath knowing we have truly lived: present with our loved ones, present in our purpose, and most importantly, present and accountable with ourselves. Most people have forgotten how to be present. We are taught to perform, to achieve, to scroll, to produce, but not to be.
Through the EMBE Method, we aim to change that. We developed a technique designed to bring people - women and couples - back to themselves. Back to a state of awareness, vitality, and connection. Back to what it truly means to live.

Not at all. EMBE is about "movement" not "performance." We use movement as a tool for inquiry, not choreography. If you can breathe, you can participate.
Sessions typically involve guided breathing, gentle movement prompts, and reflective questions. You will be supported in a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what arises.
