An EMBE Experience for Two
An afternoon workshop for couples and partners — guided through trust, connection, challenge, and play. No experience needed. Just each other.
The invitation
"If this calls to you — trust that."
What is EMBE
Embrace
Meet yourself exactly as you are — with truth, compassion, and accountability.
Move
Release what's been held, express what's unspoken, and invite new energy to flow.
Believe
Trust in yourself, in the process, and in what is still unfolding.
Evolve
Release what no longer fits — a life lived in alignment with your evolved self.
The Experience
Using EMBE's signature Dance Application Techniques (D.A.T.), you and your partner will be guided through a journey that is physical, emotional, and deeply human — no dance experience required.
Trust
Partner exercises that rebuild and deepen the sense of safety between you.
Connection
Guided movement and prompts to re-awaken intimacy and presence.
Challenge
Push gently beyond your comfort zone — together, not alone.
Play
Rediscover the lightness and joy of being fully present with your partner.

Your Guide
Micol Bok is the founder of the EMBE Method — a wellness and embodiment methodology born from a lifetime of self-inquiry, movement, and a deep desire to bring people back to presence.
Half Italian, half German, raised across continents, Micol found her sense of home not in places, but in movement. From early ballet training to rediscovering herself on a salsa floor in Mexico, movement shaped everything that EMBE is today.
She has coached women, couples, and teams and is known for holding deep space and guiding transformation with presence, honesty, and warmth.
